Fairfax fare offers a selection of BBQ chicken and ribs as well as salad and a hot dog. If you're looking for a meal rich in meat or perhaps on the Atkins diet, this is the venue for you. While all of this may sound good, unfortunately the quality of the food isn't great. The Fairfax Salad and pulled pork sandwich stand out as great choices for their generous portion size and tastiness. The rest of the menu is ranges from mediocre to just plain bad.

The Fairfax Salad and pulled pork sandwich stand out as great choices for their generous portion size and tastiness. The rest of the menu is ranges from mediocre to just plain bad. The menu is mostly comprised of BBQ'd chicken and ribs, all of which we found to be dry, lacking flavor and overcooked. Some condiments can improve the taste, but unfortunately the quality of food here is not as good as we hoped for. The chicken, for example, was not nearly as good as the chicken you could get at a Kentucky Fried Chicken and was quite disappointing.
Fairfax Fare has had some changes to its menu over the last 12 months and while we commend Disney for offering up something different, the food itself isn't as good as we had hoped for. If you're on the Disney Dining Plan, Fairfax Fare is actually a great option since most entrees cost between $10-$14 here, which makes it a great value. Beware of crowds that build in the area, especially in the afternoon.
Breakfast is now being served at Fairfax Fare as well, although the breakfast options are quite limited so don't plan your breakfast plans around here by any means. If you're looking for a quick breakfast snack, I'd opt for something from Starring Rolls instead.
