Studio Catering Co.

Situated in a covered area of the Studios near Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, Studio Catering Co. is a restaurant that has had its menu changed a few times over the last decade.  The current iteration of the menu offers sandwiches and salads that are some good, but not great, options for a quick meal.  Given the large seating capacity and ample cashiers, lines do not perpetuate very long here.

Overall, we found the food to be good, but not quite good enough to be one of those places in Walt Disney World that you'll want to visit every time.  The menu as it is a marked improvement over the selection that was available prior to the early 2010 update.  The buffalo chicken sandwich stands out as a good option, but you will need some extra napkins as the buffalo sauce seems to go everywhere.

The outdoor seating area is covered from the sun, and gentle breezes tend to sweep in. Perfect for afternoon rests while the kids run amock in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.  Since it is outdoors, if it's a particularly hot and humid day without much breeze, this isn't the best place to cool down.

Overall, Studios Catering Co. is a good place for lunch with some decent options that wont break the bank and yet have something for everyone.  There are better counter service options available at Disney's Hollywood Studios but you shouldn't overlook Studios Catering Co if you happen to be in the area.
