For Rent

As you walk towards Echo Lake, you may notice a little small sign atop the Cosmetic Dentistry building that says "Office Space For Rent".  This sign may seem innocuous enough but it's a reference to Walt Disney himself.

Back when Walt and Roy Disney were trying to get the Disney film studio started, they began working out of their uncle's garage until they could save up enough money to rent their own studio.  They finally managed to to find a studio they could afford after spotting a for rent sign above the Holly-Vermont Realty company.

The sign is a clever reference to Walt's meager beginnings.
