Snack Time In Disney World - Part 1 Hollywood Studios

Okay, its snack time in Walt Disney World, what are you going to get? Most people usually want something that is going to be refreshing especially when the heat is on. Then there is the sweet tooth that has a calling for something that is crammed with sugary goodness. Oh, and let’s not forget the people that really go for the savory side of a snack. Here are some ideas that can cater to all of these types of cravings while in Disney. I will start this series off within the fabulous Studios of course.

Refreshing: 50’s Prime Time Cafe Peanut Butter & Jelly Milkshake

This milkshake is the perfect combination of peanut butter, grape jelly and ice cream. I know many people that go to 50’s Prime Time just for this special concoction. It so rich and creamy and will help you cool down on a hot day at the Studios.

Sweet: Homemade Fudge at the Scary Apothecary

I LOVE the fudge at Disney World and with the variety of flavors it sometimes hard to choose which ones to try. They create different flavors depending on the holidays and what time of year it is as well. You can always get a sampler box to test out which flavors you like best and go back for more. Don’t forget that you can use your snack credits on the dining plan to purchase fudge especially if need to use them up. You can always take some home with you.

Savory: Turkey Legs from Toluca Legs Turkey Co.

These huge smoked turkey legs are so tender the meat falls right off the bone. This snack is on the larger side but is considered a theme park staple. The only things you will need are a hungry stomach and a napkin!

Until next time with our refreshing, sweet and savory snacks we will be checking in at the Magic Kingdom. Enjoy!
