Take a look back at some of the great and fun attractions that have come to the Studios and are no longer with us. We re-examine parts of the Studios that while gone now, are not forgotten.
It's always fun to look back at what Imagineers envisioned for the Disney-MGM Studios before it opened. While it's hard to believe, development of the Studios began in earnest nearly 30 years ago and the ideas for so much of the park at that time would change in some cases many times while other artwork has remained true to form to this very day.
The artwork below is a gallery of concept art we were able to find over the years, so join us for a look back at what Imagineers thought the Disney-MGM Studios would look like when it eventually opened in 1989.
