The Pixar Pals Countdown To Fun! parad will follow the same route as Block Party Bash.  It will begin on Hollywood Boulevard and end near Star Tours.  Evidently the reason for keeping the parade route the same is the Monsters Inc float is too heavy to make it up the hill backstage at Star Tours.
